Heart Healthy Recipes

Here is a lovely recipe that i created myself,and so very healthy.

Ingredients:

1 Salmon Fillet
1 courgette
1 red pepper
1 portion of broccoli
1 portion of cauliflour
3 med tomatoes
1 white onion
1 some green beans

For the dressing:

2 tbls of Olive oil
1 tbls of light soy sauce
1 tbls of white wine vinegar
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of lazy garlic
1 tsp of lazy chilli
2 tbls of tomato sauce

Preperation:
Put all of the vegetables into a roasting tin.Combine all of the dressing into one bowl,and wisk until thickened slightly..Add dressing to the vegetables.Cover the roasting tin with foil,and bake in the oven for around 30mins.Wrap the fillet of salmon in foil,and bake for around 15 mins.
leaving the vegetables in the oven for that extra 15 mins.
When salmon is cooked,take out the vegetables,serve onto a plate.Then place the salmon on top of the vegetables.Garnish with a sprig of Corriander if you so desire.
